Our national information line and email is open to anyone who needs specific guidance and support to manage their own mental health issues or to support someone else who is living with poor mental health. We can speak to people or communicate by email, twitter, facebook and online. We offer direct support, refer to our local services, our Money Advice Service and we can signpost to a wide range of other organisations and services who offer help and support.
